Getting Error "GetField: Field 'VNDR_LOC_SCROL.DESCR' not found in scroll level" When Pressing on Requisition Detail While Having The Role Action "REQ_ITEM_SUPPLIER" Display Only (Doc ID 2734819.1)

Symptoms

Getting Error message when hiding the Role Action: "REQ_ITEM_SUPPLIER" for any eprocurement requester then pressing on the fluid requisition details link.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Hide Roleaction REQ_ITEM_SUPPLIER for epro requester
  2. Navigate to Fluid requisition Item press on "Details"
  3. Error received.
