When Attempting to Mass Update Accumulator Balance Data Using the CI_GP_ACUM_USER_ADJ Component Interface the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Open an ExcelToCi spreadsheet and select a new template
2. Template name = CI_GP_ACUM_USER_ADJ
3. Select the input cells and select New Data input
4. Enter data
    Emplid = xxxxx
    Empl Record = 0
    Calendar Group ID = xxxxxxx
    Calendar ID = xxxxx
    Pay Group = xxxx
    Accumulator Adjustment Element = xxxxx
    Accumulator Empl Record = 0
    User Adjustment Amount = 8
    Reason = Test
5. Click Stage Data for Submission
6. Submit Data
