Symptoms
On Maintain Text Catalog page (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog), text catalog entries for Object Owner: HBA, Sub ID: PLAN, Text ID: WAIVE, setup with Plan Type and Event Classification, does not get reflected on the Benefits Enrollment page.
