EBI 9.2: BIPCC000 Failing at CA_BI_UPD.CA-SEQ1.SEQROW When XREF_SEQ_NUM Reaches to 99999

Symptoms
The process BIPCC000 is abending at the step "CA_BI_UPD.CA-Seq1.SeqRow" with the error.
Error: "Value too long for state field (108,511)".
If the system has 99,999 entries in the table PS_CA_BP_XREF for a billing plan. The fields XREF_SEQ_NUM (table PS_CA_BP_XREF) and
LAST_XREF_SEQ_NUM (table PS_CA_BILL_PLAN) are both limited to 5 digits.
So when the user is generating more than 99,999 billing entries, the process fails.
