Users Are Unable to Update Requester on Fluid Requisition. (Doc ID 2735287.1)

Symptoms




Under Requisition Defaults users are unable to update requester to enter requisition on behalf on another requester.Requestor ID field is disabled on ePro Create Requisition Fluid page Requisition Defaults.
On the same page using classic navigation, Requestor ID is enabled and users are able to update the field.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to create requisition page in fluid and click on requisition defaults
2. Requester field is greyed out
