Symptoms
Unable to edit a Content Reference (e.g.: Recruiting Home) in the Portal Structure and Content.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Portal > Structure and Content.
2. Select 'RS Hidden Components'.
3. Under the 'Content References' grid, locate 'Recruiting Home', and click on the 'Edit' link corresponding to it.
