Symptoms
"You have chosen to waive the Supplemental Life plan that invalidates your 'Dependent Supplemental Life' Plan. Select any option other than 'Dependent Supplemental Life" plan or go back and change your Supplemental Life enrollment" validation Warning Message appears on Dependent Supplemental Life plan which is dependent on our Supplemental Life plan, but the warning is not valid.
