Symptoms


When attempting to Payconfirm,
the following error occurs.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Tax Update 20-D on MSSQL Server
2. Notice the payconfirm going to error due to the stored statement which is not valid for MSSQL Server
