When navigating from Interaction Hub to a content provider’s Center (Not a WorkCenter) and using PeopleSoft “New Window” functionality to open a new page, an error is encountered.

Error: “Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again.”

This error occurs when the user tried to once again open a new window navigated back to the "Center" using that new opened window and clicked on any link on the "Center". The URL being generated has a duplicate sequence number appended to the new window. Example …./psc/hrdev_3_3/EMPLOYEE/… there should be only one _3 in the URL.

Example "Center" navigation: Interaction HUB Navigator bar --> FSCM --> Travel and Expenses -->Travel and Expense Center
