Individual Activity Management (IAM) Error 'Incomplete Results Detected (14740, 381)' When Entering Zero Grade (Doc ID 2735778.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter a zero grade on the IAM Activity Roster, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Individual Activity Manager - Activity Results ( Records and Enrollment -> Individual Activity Manager -> Activity Roster). 
  2. Retrieve Activity ID.
  3. Select Student and enter zero grade.
