E-PN: Dismissed Push Notification Alerts and Actions from the IHub/Portal Database are not being Synced Up with the Content Database (Doc ID 2736090.1)

Symptoms

Sample environment is on PeopleTools (PT) 8.57.13. After Push notifications were dismissed in the Interaction Hub (iHub)/Portal database, the updates were not synchronized with the content database.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the HCM environment via a browser.

2. Run AEMINITEST application engine program.

3. Log into Interaction Hub, and see that an Alert is created.

4. Dismiss the Alert.

5. Log back into HCM, and observe that the Alert is still in an unread status.
