Symptoms
ETL9.2: Punches are not being assigned to right day when punching out at Midnight.
Employees who are punching out at midnight, the system is putting their out punch on the same day rather then the next day.
For an example, the punch occurred on the 20th at 12:00:30 am but its populated on the 19th on the timesheet at 12:00:30am.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. The employee uses Web Clock to enter the punch time
2. 'In' punch on 10/19/2020 7:59:52 PM
3. Midnight 'OUT' punch on 10/19/2020 recorded with the dttm 10/19/2020 12:00:51 AM not as expected with dttm 10/20/2020 12:00:51 AM
