Clicking on Prompt Look Up Pages Does Not Return a List of Values Using Chrome 86 (Doc ID 2736443.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2, a prompt search on any Classic page displays the search page. The search page displays with only a title. The list of items returned from the search is blank. Clicking on the title displays all rows returned by the search.

This issue only occurs when using a Chrome Browser, version 86.0.4240.193.  Other versions of Chrome, and other versions of browsers do not experience this issue.

The search on prompt look up works but the rows returned are not visible.  The output from any search should be shown in a search box.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, as an example:

  1. Student Financials, Charges and Payments, Post Corporation Transaction;
  2. Enter the Business Unit, External Org Id, Account Type on the page;
  3. Click the look up on the Item Type field.
