Incorrect Pop-up Message When Applying Without Selecting A Job

Symptoms
Incorrect pop-up message when applying without a Job. This happens when applicant has withdrawn an unsubmitted application earlier
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login as Internal Applicant and apply for a Job, save it as draft and exit , My Job Applications page shows the unsubmitted job application
Navigation : Main Menu > Self service > Recruiting > careers > View all jobs > Apply
2. Withdraw the unsubmitted Job application – After withdrawing, no applications is shown on My Job Applications page
3. Navigate to Search Jobs and click on Apply without a Job . Incorrect pop-up message appears
