Symptoms
In Billing upload template, ( BillingInterfaceExcelUpload.xlsm ), several number fields are defined as text fields. It accepts 2 decimal positions with dot (.) separator only. It doesn’t accept 1000 separator or decimal separator other than dot (.).
When trying both US and German number format, both receive an Error Message.
REPLICATION STEPS:
1.- Open the BillingInterfaceExcelUpload.xlsm spreadsheet;
2.- Set up US or German number format;
3.- Define the required field values for the interface;
4.- Try the interface to post into PeopleSoft systems;
5.- The system throws an Error Message:
