When trying to run commitment control budget journals Import process abended at step KK_JRNL_IMP.PROCESS.Import with the following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use character set ISO_8859-1 on run control page.
2. Run import commitment control budget journals.
3. Check message log.
