Sponsor Field On Security Clearance Page of Person Data Is Blanked Out In Correction Mode

Symptoms
The Sponsor field on the Security Clearance page is blanked out in correction mode.
When an employee has more than one effective dated row for one security clearance type where the current row has a sponsor and the history row does not have a sponsor and when the sponsor on the current row in correction mode is updated, it is blanked after saving. If the user does not see this then the user does not know their data correction is not saved.
The Sponsor field on the Security Clearance page is blanked out in correction mode.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.On Personal data, open an employee with an existing Security Clearance where the Sponsor field is blank.
2. Add a new effective dated row for the same Security Clearance Type and populate the Sponsor field.
3. Go back in correction mode and change the Sponsor.
4. After saving the Sponsor change, PeopleCode is blanking out Sponsor field.
