E-IB: "Java exception thrown: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset" Error Loading Gateway Connectors after adding Load Balancer SSL Certificates (Doc ID 2738080.1)

Sample site is on PeopleTools (PT) 8.55.15.  After importing the load Balancer's SSL Certificate(s) on the Digital Certificates page, the following error is seen in the Integration Broker errorLog.html when loading the Integration Gateway connectors.  

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Import the load balancer SSL certificates on the Digital Certificates page.

2. Re-start the gateway application server.

3. Set up the gateway URL to point to the load balancer.

4. Attempt to load the gateway connectors, and observe the error shown above.
