Symptoms
A student has signed into their self service account. Clicking on the Enroll in Payment Plan tab of the self service pages, an error occurs.
You are not eligible to enroll in any payment plans
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to a student's self service account;
2. Click on the Account Services, Enroll in Payment Plan tab.
