Symptoms

Bank Qual Id not populating EFT Request page when using transfer template

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new eft request
2. select template id TR WIRE TRW
3. save request
4. open destination table
 5. Bank ID Qualifier is missing
6. Review transfer template TR WIRE TRW and verify Bank ID Qualifier is populated
