Symptoms
Issue:
If a Business Purpose has two unique effective dated rows and both are Active then the "My Expense Reports" tile displays the description of the 1/1/1900 Business Purpose effective dated row, not any newer, active, rows.
Replication Steps:
1) Create a new business purpose, and enter two effective dated rows. One row dated 1/1/1900 and the other 7/1/2017. Make sure the Status for both rows are set to Active. Make the business purpose description slightly different (e.g. Debbie Donuts 1/1/1900 and Dainty Tea Time 7/1/2017)
2) Select an expense report that has the business purpose populated with the 1/1/1900 description and Replace the Business Purpose with the newly enter business purpose with the most current effective date (e.g. 7/1/2017)
3) Save the Report
4) Go back and View the Business Purpose on the Expense History page and the business purpose description is showing as the description from 1/1/1900 effective dated row instead of the changed business purpose field value.
