Symptoms
Issue:
If a Business Purpose does NOT have an effective date of 1/1/1900 that is Active then when selecting "My Expense Reports" tile the Business Purpose field is displayed as blank.
Replication Steps:
1) Create a Business Purpose, effective dated OTHER than 1/1/1900 (e.g. 7/1/2017) and make it active.
2) Create an expense report using this business purpose in step one and save.
3) Navigate to Expenses > My Expense Reports
Approvers need to view the Business Purpose of an expense report and when no value displays they will not know the purpose of the business travel.
