Academic Advisement Report (AAR) for Planner Report Errors and Report Status Remains in 'Request Processing' (Doc ID 2739265.1)

When running the AAR for the Planner Report (PLNR), the following error occurs, as observed in the process log:

On the Advisement Request Report page, the Report Status remains in 'Request Processing'. 

The issue may only occur for a small number of students, however the problem records may cause batch refresh jobs to error and have to be re-started to process subsequent students. 

The issue is seen subsequent to applying the fix to resolve the previous similar issue documented in <Note 2606674.1>. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Advisement Request Report page for report type PLNR.
  2. Populate fields. 
  3. Click 'Process Request'.
