Symptoms

The ProCard Recon Workbench displays a merchant if no search results are found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile > Reconcile Statement
Do a search that returns rows
2. Check a row then click the Search link (lower left page)
Note : A sub page appears ProCard Recon Workbench
3. If you enter search criteria that returns no results.
The below error message is received.
No transactions found, specify different search criteria (10700,311)
4. Click OK to the message
5. Click the X in the upper right corner to exit the ProCard Recon Workbench Search Screen
Issue : The ProCard Recon Workbench displays a merchant if no search results are found
