Express Purchase Orders component Interface (PO_EXPRESS_CI) Updates Account on Cancelled Purchase Order (PO) Line (Doc ID 2739710.1)

In online page, we cannot update Account for cancelled PO line(as it will be greyed out) but using excel to CI Express Purchase Orders component Interface (PO_EXPRESS_CI) we are able to update cancelled PO line a well.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create a PO with 2 lines, save it and dispatch it. Now cancel line 1 and dispatch PO again
2) Note on the cancelled line 1 Account field is now greyed out as line is cancelled
3) Update Account on line 1 which is cancelled through EXCEL to CI (PO_EXPRESS_CI)
4) Account got changed on the Cancelled PO line
