Symptoms

Load ProCard Stage process Fails with below error when one card is attached to multiple employees


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Link one credit card to 2 employees ,1 as active and 1 as inactive in cardholder profile page.
2. Run Load proCard Stage from Purchasing-->Procurement Cards-->Process Statements-->Load ProCard Stage, Error.
