Applies to:PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Expenses - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Expense Approvers are noticing that when performing Expense Report approvals in Fluid User Interface, if the User clicks on the Notes button, to display the Notes Page EX_ER_NOTE_FAP_SCF, the system opens the page, but defaults the scroll all the way to the right hand side of the screen.
This is replicated in all Internet Browsers when the Zoom option is 200%, as the page is too large to get displayed in one go without a scroll.
A similar problem has been resolved with the Fluid Approvals Accounting Defaults page via <Bug 30681446> - (EX: SCROLLBAR FROM FLUID ER ACCOUNTING DEFAULTS PAGE PLACED INTO THE FAR RIGHT) whose solution was delivered within FSCM 9.2 Image #35.
1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses User
2.- Create a new Expense Report, manually add a note, and submit it for approval
3.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses Approver User
4.- Open the submitted Expense Report via Fluid Approvals
5.- Increase the Zoom View of the Internet Browser from 100% to 200%
6.- On the Expense Report Fluid Approval page, click on the Notes button
7.- The system displays the Notes page (EX_ER_NOTE_FAP_SCF) with the scroll all the way defaulted into the right
To gather more information concerning this scenario and its related problem, refer to the available Replication Steps PDF Document here linked containing the complete configuration and the replication steps necessary to reproduce the issue.
Approver Users need to constantly scroll from the right hand side, to the left hand side of the Notes page (EX_ER_NOTE_FAP_SCF), and have to manually scroll all the way to the left hand side.
The Notes page (EX_ER_NOTE_FAP_SCF) should be displayed correctly, defaulting the scroll to the left hand side of the page.
