EEBI 9.2: Confusing Warning Message When Navigating Out of Account Settings Fluid Page in eBill Payment After My Preferences Changes Have Been Successfully Saved (Doc ID 2740416.1)

After having saved all changes performed at the My Preferences Fluid level in eBill Payment (Page EB_USER_PREF_SCF), and coming back to the Account Settings Fluid Page (EB_ACCTG_DET_FL), if the User is to navigate out of that page to some other component, the system throws a Warning Message that any changes may still need to be saved, or discarded.

This is incorrect, because no changes were performed at the Account Settings Fluid Page level (EB_ACCTG_DET_FL).


    1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application CUSTOMER Portal as an eBill Payment Customer Contact User
    2.- Go to the eBill Payment Fluid Homepage
    3.- Click on the Account Settings Tile
    4.- Click on the 3 point icon (Actions) at the top right hand side of the screen
    5.- From the drop down list of options, choose 'My Preferences'
    6.- Modify any field value
    7.- Click on Done button
    8.- The system returns automatically into the Account Settings Fluid page, and shows for a couple of seconds the message that "Your changes have been saved."
    9.- Without making any further change, click on the Homepage icon on the top right hand side corner of the screen
    10.- The system triggers a Warning Message stating if the changes made want to be saved or discarded


    " Do you want to save your changes?
      Click Yes to go back and save, No to discard your changes.
      YES   -   NO  "

While the My Preferences updates have already been saved, and nothing was touched under the Account Settings page, this is a Customer-facing application, and Customer Contacts get confused on what further changes need saving at this stage.

The system should be smart enough to detect that any changes performed at the My Preferences page were successfully made, and if no values are modified at the Account Settings Fluid page (EB_ACCTG_DET_FL), then such Warning Message should not be triggered, and allow the User to navigate to whatever further page is needed.
