EEX 9.2: Multiple Email Notifications Sent to Employee From Expenses WorkCenter When Notify Employee Action Selected for Expense Report Listed More Than Once

The Expenses WorkCenter provides the functionality for Users to send Email Notifications to Approvers and Employees owners of submitted Expense Report transactions that are pending for approval.
If a submitted Expense Report has been routed to multiple same level Approver Users, the same Expense Report will be listed just as many times in the On Hole/Pending Approvals section of the Expenses WorkCenter, one line for each Approver User routed to.
Should all listed rows of a same Expense Report be selected when the Action to Notify the Employee owner of the transaction is launched, the Employee will received just as many Email Notifications into their Account.
1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses Administrator
2.- At the Transaction Definition level for Expense Reports, enable Expense Manager approval level
3.- At the Approver Assignment set up page, for Expense Manager, define 3 different User IDs as potential Approvers
4.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses User
5.- Create a new Expense Report, and submit it for approval
6.- Confirm that the Expense Report has been routed to all 3 Approver Users as Expense Manager level
7.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as an Expenses Administrator
8.- Navigate to the Expenses WorkCenter, and on the My Work tab, select the Expense Reports link for On Hold/Pending Approvals section
9.- Confirm that in the list of Expense Reports, the transaction at hand is showing thrice, one for each of the three Approver Users
10.- Select all 3 rows, and define the Action of 'Notify Employee'
11.- Click on GO button
12.- Check on the Email Account of the Employee owner of the Expense Report, and confirm 3 equal Email Notifications have been received

The Workflow is sending multiple duplicate Email Notifications for the same Expense Report transaction to the Employee. This generates unnecessary Emails, confusing the Users about such notices.
When hundreds of Expense Report transactions are being listed in the Expenses WorkCenter page for On Hold/Pending Approvals, the Select All flag is selected, which means one transaction may be selected multiple times. The Workflow should be having validations to filter out duplicate selections from the same Expense Report transaction, and only send one unique Email Notification if the Action 'Notify Employee' is selected.
