Symptoms

After creating a new environment that will be further used for testing purposes like for example system integration testing (SIT) performance issues started to take place.
This was resuming at PIA level while pages were loading more slowly than usual.

Changes

Before creating new test instances "PSCBO_STATS" optimizing package had to be reviewed for tuning the Oracle Database.
