EEX9.2: Partial Time Reports Hours Disappear from Page and or on Submit of Report Encounter Fatal PeopleCode SQL Error (Doc ID 2742189.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1: Creating Time Report for end of month processing and upon saving the time report the hours disappear from the page.

Issue 2: Create Time Report for end of month processing then save and submit the report encounter a Fatal PeopleCode SQL error.

Replication Steps:

Issue one:  

1) Via Employee Self Service Create a Partial Time Report

2) Add hours for partial week

3) Select Update Totals pushbutton

4) Totals updated. Select the tick box "Submit for Partial Month" then click on Submit

5) Click OK

Hours disappear from page and the Status of the report goes to Submitted for Approval without any hours on the report.

Item two: 

1) Via Employee Self Service Create a Partial Time Report

2) Add hours for partial week

3) Select “Submit for Partial Month” tick box and then click on Save for Later

4) Next Click Submit

5) Click OK

6) The message Fatal PeopleCode SQL Error renders on the page

7) Next Click OK on the message

Subsequent error message occurs. SQL error in Exec (2,280) TE TIME GBLSavePreChange
