When making changes to Emergency Contacts via Employee Self Service, the changes are not made and the message: "Your changes were not saved to the database. Contact your administrator to process the changes." is displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Emergency Contact
2. Make a change and Save.
