Electronic Signature Polling process (CS_ECHOPOLL) not Updating Signature Status On Qualified Signed DocuSign Documents (Doc ID 2742451.1)

Symptoms

Electronic Signature Polling process (CS_ECHOPOLL) does not update signature status on qualified signed SCM DocuSign documents.  This issue occurs when selecting multiple contract documents on the Run Control page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure DocuSign feature
2. Create multiple contract documents
3. Send them for E-signatures
4. Signed the documents
5. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contract and Documents > Electronic Signature Polling
6. Enter the parameters to select multiple signed contract documents
7. Run CS_ECHOPOLL process
Issue : The process does not update signature status on qualified signed documents
