Symptoms

The 2-Tier Query Tool, opened from Application Designer, is not Displaying the correct boolean value on the Logical Column, in the Criteria tab, after it is Changed.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer.
2. Select Go > Query.
3. Open a query.
    E.g.: File > Open > ACA_FULL_PART_TIME
   
4. Click on the Criteria tab:
5. Double click on one of the values in the Logical column and modify it (e.g.: if it was 'AND', modify it to 'OR').
6. Save the query.
7. Click on the SQL tab at the top, and, then, back on the Criteria tab.
    Note that the value reverted back to 'AND'.
