Symptoms
If event has one rejected Bid Action, while posting Award system throws below Error message .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an event and post
2. log into supplier Portal and bid on the event twice .
3. Award the event to one bidder and reject for another bidder in analyze events page
4. Go to award Events page and click on Post Award.
5. Error .
