Symptoms

When setting up e-supplier portal not able to see the access code/authentication field on the new user registration page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup new user registration process to have access code send in invitation email.
2. Click on create new user link in email.
3. Access code/authentication field not visible
