Goal

Site is developing a PeopleSoft Provider REST service. A document to be used as a Document Template was created in Document Builder.
When attempting to add the Document Template to the Service Operation, the Document created is not in the list of Document Template prompt values.
How to ensure that the document created appears in the list of Document Template prompt values?
