E-PIA: Unable to Add New Items in PeopleSoft Components, in the Component Add Search Page (Doc ID 2743167.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to add new items in PeopleSoft Components, in the Component Add Search Page.

1. Navigate to any PeopleSoft Component that allows 'Add a New Value' action.
2. In the Component Search Page, go to the 'Add a New Value' tab.
   Note that the criteria fields are not shown.
   

In the Sysaudit Report there are entries for Audit (PAGE-11) Page Group Definition contains an Add Search Record Name that does not exist in the Record Definition table.
