(Doc ID 2743173.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 19, 2021
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.58 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On PT 8.58, when a user's password is changed on the User Profile page, the LASPSWDCHANGE field is not updated to the current date. This should be updated to the current date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application and navigate to the User Profile page (PeopleTools -> User Profile -> User Profile)
2. Change the user password
3. Query the PSOPRDEFN table and check to see that the LASTPSWDCHANGE field has not changed
4. However, observe that the Audit tab of the User Profile page shows that the "Last Update Date/Time" (LASTUPDDTTM Field on PSOPRDEFN) has changed to the current date.
