ECM: Incorrect Message On The Reconciliation Manager Page Once An Account Is Selected

System shows incorrect message on the Reconciliation Manager page.
1) Go to Banking – Bank Reconciliation – Reconciliation Manager.
2) Below message appears:
There is no Accounts in your list. Select the Add Bank link to add some.
3) Click on Add a Bank to My List.
4) Add one Account.
- The message should disappear.
However, the message continues to appear:
‘There is no Accounts in your list. Select the Add Bank link to add some’.
It disappears after adding one more account.
