ECM: Is There a Fix That Secures the Fields of BNK_ID_NBR and BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM on the Manual and Semi-Manual Reconciliation Pages?

Applied <Bug 22738245> - NEW SECURED FIELDS ON FINANCIAL GATEWAY SECURITY. Can now see the two additional fields (BNK_ID_NBR and BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM) on the Financial Gateway Security Options page but even after creating the Rules and assigning it the Role or User, the User is still able to see all the Bank ID and Bank Accounts on the Bank Reconciliation pages.
Is there another bug to address this issue or is something else missing?
