Enrollment Category Not Updated After Running APT Administrative Roster in Create Substitution Mode. (Doc ID 2744995.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to run APT Administrative Roster in Create Substitution mode, it substitutes the course but does not update Enrollment Category of the substituted course.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Program Enrollment > APT Administrative Roster
2. Select Process Options , APT Action = Create Substitute
3. Enter Item to Substitute / Substitute Item
