E-MCF: After Implementing OAuth2, MCF Email Sample Pages Test Retrieves Incorrect Message Count (Doc ID 2745239.1)

After setting up PeopleSoft to use OAuth2, testing via the MCF Email Sample Page Test retrieves an incorrect Messagecount result. The system is counting the messages from the user's personal mailbox. The customer expectation is that it should retrieve the correct Messagecount for the Microsoft user that authorized the application. 

The issue can be reproduced as follows:

1. Navigate to PeopleTools > MCF > Email > Sample Pages.
2. Select MessageCount from the drop-down list, and click the Fetch button.
