How to get the User ID who developed and the User ID who migrated the Application Designer project into the target environment?

The problem is when the migrator migrates the project into target from source environments the "Last Updated user" field on the project is changing to the Migrator user. It's hard to get the info on who developed the project and who migrated the project.
