Symptoms

When the user attempt to run Australian Loan Processing, Newly created CHESSNs returned from TSCI are currently not updating to SCC_CHESSN_AUS.SCC_CHESSN.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
The CHESSN is required for the following:
• HELP reconciliation/determination processes – Student Financials>Tuition and Fees>Australian Loan Processing
  Process HECS Reconcilliation
  Process FEE HELP Determination
  Process SA HELP Deferral

• For students to login to the MyHelpBalance portal at https://myhelpbalance.gov.au/

• Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN)
