When an employee tries to update an Emergency Contact from the Personal Details tile, following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee
2. Click on Personal Details tile.
3. Click on Emergency Contacts link.
4. Add/delete a contact and click on save button.
