E-CRM: Unable To Open The Comment Box After Clicking The Comment Icon On Worklist Page (Doc ID 2747513.1)

On : 9.2 version, Other

Unable to open the comment box after clicking the Comment Icon on Worklist page in PeopeSoft CRM

1) 51st entry in the worklist is failing to open the comments box up on clicking the Comment Icon.
2) If you have more than 50 rows like (300 +) and then you do sorting using Personalize, then even the first entry does not work.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CRM -> My worklist
2. Click on any page with more than 50 worklist entries and click on the first worklist entry’s comment icon.
The secondary page to enter comments opens successfully and closes when clicked on OK.
3. Click on the comment icon of the 50th (last) worklist entry in the grid.
The secondary page to enter comments opens successfully and closes when clicked on OK.
4. Now, navigate to the next 50 worklist entries. Click on the 51st worklist entry’s comment icon.
Even though the secondary page loads but it does not open.
