E-WF: Edits Performed on GL Worklist Items Causing Application Server Crash (Doc ID 2747762.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleTools (PT) 8.56.08, when attempting to log into the application the symptoms and errors below are seen.

1. Extreme slowness is seen during login, and while navigating through pages.
2. PSADMIN utility shows ICPanel waits, and clients are in a busy state, with some in queued status.
3. Dump files are created in application server LOGS directory.

Several end users also reported the error below when attempting to open GL worklist items:
