Biographic Fields Setup and Use Pages are Missing (Doc ID 2747889.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to complete Gender Identify configuration, the Biographic Fields setup page/tab cannot be found to complete the setup and allow administrators and students to use and enter gender identify information. 

The issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Install > Campus Community Installation.
  2. Note the last tab, which should be Biographic Fields, is missing. 

Changes

 The issue is seen during a new Campus Solutions 9.2 install/upgrade.
