Symptoms

RTI EYU process is not picking the correct row in XML in case the worker is having multiple user keys for the same employee record no.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select any one worker with two different user keys one with Leave date and next one is open employment
2. Update the data on RTI adjustment page for last tax year for one or both rows (on different user Key).
3. Run the EYU process for that worker
4. Check the XML file
